Traditionally it’s a bit windy in August here in the land of South Africa.  So it’s very apt that it’s quite a blustery day today being the 1st of August.  I can be a bit of a control freak, it’s something that I consciously work on all the time, to let go and not run myself ragged to try and control everything.  Because it’s just an illusion, something that makes us feel better but it doesn’t really help.  Not really.  So instead of focusing on things that is not within my control today I will share this with you.  I found it screamingly hilarious.

Sometimes we just have to laugh.  It helps.  I must admit that I’m feeling a  bit cliched out.  Sometimes life just wears me out and then I don’t want to hear that it’s going to get better.  I know that already.  I just want to wallow for a while.  It’s a choice right.
